n 8th June 2018 we were invited
for official unveiling of first batch
of civilian legal PAC15's, as those Pione-
er AR's are brande. From where the idea
came? Manufacturing of AR rifles for
still unspecified government customer
was launched about three years ago. We
don't know the exact number of rifles
manufactured or delivered, but it might
even a few dozen thousands.
In the 2017 the call to extedn PAC's
civilian offer of brand new budget-class
AKM with a AR-15 style rifle, based on
M16A4, was made. The pre-production
PAC M16A4 rifle was already featuered
in FRAG OUT! #17. At that time it was
only a single configuration (a civilan ver-
sion of the rifle sold to the government
customer) and it was slightly different
