First Tactical V2 pants are available in four solid colors – Black, Khaki, Midnight Navy and OD Green. Sizes starts from 28 up to 54 (with 2 inches differences between them) in waist and five length options (30, 32, 34, 36 and unhemmed). Cuffs have eyelets to put a ties through them so if someone likes to tie them on boots (or even inside), it's possible, why not. Lotos is testing Tactical pants – first thing what comes to my mind looking at these trousers. Same things are here as with classical M65 – wide, loose cut and cargo pockets. These are ex- actly First Tactical Trousers but they have something more – they give the impression of the "pro" tactical pants. Quality of the fabric and overall way they are made suggest that those trousers can offer something more than good utility - a good look. Fabric is rip-stop. Cut is proper and doesn't give a feeling that those are another cheap-o-knockoff pant for just a few bucks. I honestly like them as they are one of very few dark blue/ almost black trousers that I feel good wearing and somehow, I look good in them. First impression was positive. It isn't a product with multiple de- tails, stitches, pockets, protective inserts pockets etc. but rather simply made light trousers that dry well and don't lose color after washing. Double layering on knees and small frontal thigh pockets are a golden standard in that kind of trousers. Personally, I don't like back pockets without anything to secure stuff in them, some kind of flap or Velcro would be nice. While I have been using them, I've noticed that thanks to the fabric, trousers do not slide upwards on thighs while sitting in a vehicle or getting out of it. Usually the material limits mobility in that kind of things. I like them as they are an alternative for all those Gucci brand stuff in coyote brown. When you use First Tactical V2 trousers you don't have impression of baggy trousers bought by every se- curity guard on parking lot. That's one thing I like about them and a second is that they look like they won't jbe just for one or two years. Subtle "First Tactical" logo on one of the thigh pockets in neon-like color is only extravaganza in this product. I wouldn't give my kidney for them; they won't be a next year best-selling tacti- cal pants but for sure they will have its fans. Especially that they do not cost a lot. www.fragoutmag.com
