magazines, but there were some troubles with Magpul PMAG Gen 2, which required some slight fix with the knife. Stocks. Foldable multi-position stock of the rifles are quite simi- lar. The overall shape is different, but both are folded to the right side of the rifle, are retractable, have rubber stock pads and feature adjustable cheek piec- es. SCAR has 6-position stock, MSBS just 4-position stock. The button used for folding stock is located on the side of butt stock pad in SCAR and on the front of stock pad in MSBS. First button is polymer and latter is steel. SCAR cheek piece has latch in the back part, so only the angle of front part can be adjusted. MSBS cheek piece might be ad- justed in both height and angle. In both cases, stocks allow to fire the rifle when folded, but it MSBS it is more comfortable as stock does not restrict access to the trigger group as much as in SCAR. Sling attachment. SCAR and MSBS feature sling attachment points. SCAR has loops for slings with hooks and to weave through the loop in stock. MSBS has QD attachment points. The attachment points layout is sim- ilar: front of the rifle, rear of re- ceivers and stock.
