April 2020 marked the 17th anniversary of conclusion of the agreement between the Polish Ministry of
Defence and the WZM [then Military Mechanical Works, now Rosomak SA]. The Rosomak APC is almost
18 years old. This brings us to a point, at which it would be worth reflecting upon the program, the suc-
cess of which is disputable. The successes of "polonization" and deployments are placed somewhat in
contrast with accidental developments of the program we could have witnessed over the years. The
future of the Rosomak APC is bright. The development of the design should be consolidated during the
current decade. The same can be said about the platform's role in the structure of the Polish Armed
Forces.
