COASTAL DEFENSE SYSTEMS The less known part of Works 11 capabi- lities portfolio are the naval and coastal pro- tection systems. This includes sea mines by the Finnish FORCIT company. Forcit BLOCKER is their latest intelligent sea min. BLOCKER is a cost-effective in- fluence mine equipped with advanced sensor systems, customer programmable algorithms and parameters, Insensitive Munitions Plastic Bonded Explosives, exer- cise systems and an impressive total ener- gy output equivalent of over 1000 kg of TNT. There is also a BOXER mine disposal char- ge that combines the efficiency and usabi- lity of high end modern Underwater Mine Disposal Charges with a low cost. BOXER is a product with priority on operational effi- ciency and safety. It can be deployed quic- kly, and it is able to self-neutralize. BOXER is equipped with self-destruct mode, which enables successful operations even in aco- ustically difficult environments. Users that have tested BOXER reported that it halved the time the mine clearance pro- cedures usually took, required less prepa- ration and that it was easily recovered if the operation was cancelled. Milkor MGL greatly improves the firepo- wer of infantry squad and might be used for both direct and indirect fire. The length of each chamber in the drum magazine allows the use of different rounds, such as HE, smoke, illumination, marking or training. The M32A1 was proofed for both Low Velocity (LV) and Medium Velocity (MV) rounds, the latter with longer range.
