he plan was to have a solid in-depth inspection
by professional gunsmith, thorough cleaning and
"basic maintenance". Why just basic? Because
both of the rifles didn't suffer any problems but it was
better to check their physical condition after years of use
and thousands of rounds fired. This was also an oppor-
tunity for inspection and control of the internals to see if
we should expect anything in the future.
