MS rifle had the safety switch replaced for the weird one as men- tioned in the begining. In theory, the shape of the levers was designed to improve the comfort of operation, especially in the full-auto mode, but since the rifle was semi-auto- matic, even in this position the gun was shooting single mode only. The safe was 45 deg and full-auto was -135 deg. Theoretically, this was done to improve the comfort and to allow operation with index finger but in reality it was causing problems with untrained shooters. This one required a lot of training but wasn't intuitive at all. Ultima- tely, this part was replaced with the JP Enterprises ambidextrous safety switch. Standard stock was replaced with VLOTR IMOD and THE MILEAGE Both rifles were purchased in almost the same time, maybe a month or two difference, but the round count is different. Initially they "worked" in the shooting tra- ining company and were used for multiple shooting classes during that time. After a couple of mon- ths, Michal (MS), decided to repla- ce the original safety switch with something totally different. This Austrian-made switch (don't even ask about the name of the compa- ny, they went out of business some time ago) required some skill to deploy and due the safety precau- tions it was not used. That's why it might have 1,000-1,500 less rounds fired than Marcin's gun (ML). Pro- bably MS gun has around 5,000- 6,000 rounds fired and ML has abo- ut 6,500-7,000 rounds. Nobody was logging the shots so these are just estimates and the condition of the barrels seems to confirm them. Both rifles were mostly fed with scurvy quality 55 gr Barnaul ro- unds. Sometimes 55 gr & 62 gr Grey Ammo, 55 gr GGG and 55 gr PMC rounds were used too. The MS rifle was cleaned more often than the ML one, so there are some differences in overall wear. MoDS From the mechanical and inter- nal standpoint, both rifles are the "factory ones". There were no mo- difications regarding BCGs, triggers or barrels. FIREARMS
