maintenance. First is a standard gun rod which comes with the rifle. It has different ends availa- ble: brass brush, brass-steel brush (for cartrid- ge chamber cleaning), nylon brush and a holder for cotton swabs. The cleaning snake (aka cle- aning rope) was used only a couple of times to clean the barrel, mostly for the last draw after brushing. I also use the polymer picks to clean places difficult to reach and the brushes (brass and nylon). The pin pusher/front sight key which is really handy when it comes to pin removing and the Allen keys from the standard cleaning kit. Ba- sically, I detach the barrel with the factory key only. The trigger pull might be adjusted with the smallest key from the kit. PRICING (POLAND ONLY) At the day of launch, GROT basic kit was 8,700 PLN (approx. 1,920 EUR in January 2021) and the limited edition rifles with 1 to 100 serial numbers, certificate and collectors engraving were over 10,000 PLN (approx. 2,207 EUR). Col- lector item, hence the price. BTW, the real col- lector ones are the rifles sold to three shooting magazines in Poland as they are from the 1-100 serial range but they don't have the engraving and GROT logo on them. The standard GROT kit consisted of rifle, generic plastic transport case (definitely not Peli, Nanuk or other premium brand), three MIL-STD-1913 rail parts (longer than military standard issue ones), foldable iron sights (simi- lar to Magpul MBUS PRO), vertical front grip, cleaning kit, 30 round magazine and manual. When compared to the other semi-automatic rifles available in Poland, GROT seems to be the cheapest commercial variant of modern military rifle - Heckler & Koch MR223, Beretta ARX 100 and definitely FN SCAR are far more expensive. In the mid-2020 Fabryka Broni launched a "budget edition" of the rifle which was only 6,900 PLN (approx. 1,520 EUR) and a couple months later it was joined by "budget twin bar- rel edition" which featured an additional short barrel for 8,399 PLN (approx. 1,853 EUR), trans- port case, magazine and single MIL-STD-1913 rail. If you would check the prices of similar ironsights, VFGs, rails, cleaning kit on the mar- ket, it saves you around 240 EUR. The price of the budget edition is a realistic price for such a rifle. Of course, there are some that complain that they buy even two cheap AR-15s for such money. Sure they can, but CHEAP one. Shortly after, the company released the first additional parts aka modules for the rifle. There are 10.5" barrel with short-length gas system and extended length handguard and AR-style FIREARMS
