nce pilot is positively accepted to join the "Small Fleet", is being said exactly when he will start his
training and will he be transitioned into main HEMS fleet. The start date is adjusted to each person
- if one has 400h more to fly, he will start the job in March in order to be ready for August. However,
one with 100h to fly will join the fleet 2 months before recruitment process. Of course, flying hours is
not everything - pilot must have ICAO Level 4 English rating as well as Class 1 Medical certificate, what
is also done internally via Medical Air Rescue ATO.
