project is being developed in close coope-
ration with potential end-users.
The basic features of GROT 762N are 0.7-
1.2 MOA accuracy, same layout of manipu-
lators as in the 5.56 MSBS/GROT assaults
rifles (which means that manual is essen-
tial the same in both rifles), portability with
16" barrel and folded stock and 4.5 kg of
weight. The 7.62 NATO variant looks very
similar to the 5.56 NATO one, so the safety
of the marksman is increased. Another
advantages of GROT DMR are the simpli-
fied logistics chains and 100% local ma-

lak (Head of Engineers) and Joanna Ro-
manowska (the engineer responsible for
GROT 762N project). Fabryka Broni team
was supported by experienced long range
shooters from TeamGrey Accuracy.
The first part of the event was a static in-
troduction of GROT 762N DMR as a possi-
ble replacement for old ex-Soviet Dragunov
SVD sniper rifles, chambered in powerful
7.62 x 54R round, in the Land forces and
