Nonetheless, the public prosecutor's office in Olsztyn accused him of preparing an act of terror, between 2014 and 2017, targeted against the constitutional bodies in Poland. Wojciech K. was also to be involved in illegal arms dealing, sharing of ammunition and weapons with unauthorized parties, and making false statements. Krzysztof G. was arrested on the same date. He was suspected of a terror act as well - other persons were also accused in association with him. Wojciech K. was sentenced to spend 4 years and 8 months in prison, on September 20th, 2018. In 2016 the Internal Security Agency (ABW) arrested a 26-years old Moroccan citizen, Murtad T. He was suspected of being a part of the ISIS network. According to the investigators, Murtad T. was contacting Abdelhamid Abaaoud - the chief organizer of a series of terrorist attacks in Paris, that took place in November 2015. The court declared Murtad T. guilty of being a part of a terrorist organization, sentencing him to 3 years and 8 months in prison. The court of appeals has set the above judgment aside. Murtad T. is awaiting deportation. During the 2016 World Youth Day, an Iraqi citizen was arrested. He was accused of possession of explosives, without relevant authorization. Then, in line with the newly implemented Anti- terrorist Act, he was deported. The last noteworthy terror-like event in Poland, an attempted attack, involved a person suspected of being connected with the Islamic fundamentalists - a Ukrainian citizen. He was arrested in 2019, in Puławy - he was accused of preparing an attack targeting a local shopping mall. Apart from the attempted attack, we also know about other activities.
