NEXTER Works 11 is the Polish representative of French Nexter Systems. During the MSPO 2021 the 20 mm M621 auto- matic cannon will be shown. Blow-back operated M621 is well-known for its high accuracy, light weight and superi- or flexibility and operational effectiveness. The effective range of M621 is 2,000 m and its rate of fire is around 750-800 rounds per minute. The effective range and ter- minal effect of the M621 is significantly higher than that of a 12.7 mm heavy machine gun while retaining similar dimensions, mass and recoil. One of the most interest- ing features of the cannon is the single sniper shot mode when it might be fired from a closed bolt for increased accuracy. It is now available in multiple variants, includ- ing turreted THL20 for helicopters, NC 621 pod variant for helicopters and light aircraft, SH20 retractable door mount for rotary aircraft CP20 pintle-mounted version for vehicles and small boats, 15A naval version and in the NARWHAL remote control version for vessels. The P20 ARNOLD DEFENSE Another US company represented by Works 11 is Arnold Defense, a manufacturer of a wide array of 70 mm rocket launchers. FLETCHER Land Based, Laser Guided Rocket Launcher (LAND-LG4) is the system, which is capable of firing precision guided 2.75-inch/70mm rockets such as the BAE Systems APKWS. The launcher has a shape of lightweight container that might be quickly adopted for almost any 4x4 vehicle base. This increases the mobility and enhances survivability of the crew as it may change firing position after each salvo. FLTECHER rockets feature a laser guidance module which allows for precision strikes in up to 6 km distance (the maximum range is up to 8 km). The vehicles with LAND-LG4 modules can be an effective weapon system increasing firepower of airmobile, air assault and recce units. FLETCHER is already in service with the USSOCOM and undisclosed European SOF. 66 www.fragoutmag.com
