Air Defense Systems and Critical Infrastructure Critical infrastructure is a term that has been present in Polish law for several years now. It has also made its way to the dictionaries of the persons responsible for the security of the most important facilities in Poland. The term has been defined in the Act issued on April 26th, 2007, on Crisis Management. The law in there states that critical infrastructure shall be understood as „systems, and the included facilities that are functionally connected, including building structures, devices, installations, and services playing a key role for the security of the state and its citizens, and used to ensure efficient operation of public administration, as well as organs and entrepreneurs". www.fragoutmag.com
