HERE COMES THE GRAIL
It took me a while but I finally
found the DBR Custom Gear Com-
bat Rifles Sling (CRS) two-point
sling. In Woodland camo of course.
I bought it a year ago and started
to use it extensively. Long story
short? Not looking any further.
DBR CRS (CRS-L to be exact,
as it also comes in "heavy"
CRS-H variant) is made from
top-notch 100% legit mate-
rials (nylon webbing and
Cordura nylon fabric) with quality
parts. The craftsmanship of this
Polish custom gear manufac-
turing workshop is on-par with best
known brands or maybe even better.
The CRS-L is well-thought out
and completely designed in house.
It is not "just another blatant
copy" of a random big brand but
a proprietary design. Sling has es-
sentially three main parts: front we-
bbing (in fact it is a single-piece full
length webbing with center pad-
ding stitched to it), center padding
ge helps when using plate carrier
or body armor but it also becomes
helpful when transitioning from ri-
ght hand to the left hand and vice
versa. Sling can be also employed
to increase the stability during sho-
oting.
Understanding my needs and
based on my previous experiences,
I was looking for a new sling with
a single adjustment point. The last
thing on the checklist was availabi-
lity in my fav M81 Woodland "God's
Plaid" camo.
