be replaced with aluminum alloy "heavy duty" one, or a bigger and thicker padding (60 mm wide and 12 mm thick) in CRS-H variant. IN USE Well, and I have been using this DBR CRS-L sling for more than a year now.... What can I say? It has gone through two editions of FU- RIA shooting challenge, several trigun runs, many of our „tactical" and sports training sessions, and it still looks almost as it did on the day of purchase, and I'm of those who take care of equipment less than more. Design: outstanding! Single loop adjustment is uber cool. I do not look for a handle, because I know that if the sling is shortened, I have a pull-tab in front, and if it is exten- ded - it will be in the rear. The loop is large, easy to grip and thick - it holds the shape, but there is no stif- fener inside, so it does not interfere, does not pinch and will not get da- maged. Smoothness of adjustment: AWESOME! The combination of the strap, polymer slide and steel frame works as advertised. The sling adjustment is super smooth. Nothing blocks, nothing sticks, no matter the weather, no matter the temperature outside. DBR CRS was a perfect fit for me. I have several other slings but this is my go to one. Maybe CRS is not „fancy" like those with big brand logos, but it costs 1/3 less than them and it actually works. It is ni- cely made and light years ahead of the „cheap but good" slings, and in every way. I must admit that the small DBR Custom Gear workshop owner knows his craft and sling is one of the best bang for a buck. Well de- signed, exceptionally made and re- asonably priced. Do you need any- thing else? I can fully recommend the CRS sling as worth every penny. BTW, it is available in multiple co- lors – 19 colors of webbing, 12 co- lors of pad and 5 colors of webbing, so in almost any color mix you can imagine. www.fragoutmag.com
