FALCOM A Falcom ear protection brand owned by GN Hearing (guys who are responsible for Jabra headphones) has unveiled a new generation of communication headsets that are currently used, for example, by the US Army in the IVAS program trias. The Pods Pro, are very lightweight and now powered by a single AAA battery rather than from a radio as the OTE2000, combined with the new Hub control mo- dule, allow operation with up to two radios and as many as four communication channels. GALVION You're probably familiar with the RAILINK system cho- sen by USSOCOM in 2022 as the integrated module that powers all helmet-mounted devices (night vision, ear pro, lighting). Well, GALVION also offered its own solu- tion in this program (BTW, we've seen it at Eurosatory but we couldn't tell about it) SCHUBERTH The first prototype of the Schubert M100 modular helmets was shown in 2022, but now it has finally been unveiled officially. The M100 has three accessory rails (two on the side and one on the back), a night vision socket, and an interesting suspension system that is a combination of the classic mesh liner, but also adjustable pads and a rigid shock-resistant internal liner. The four-point chin straps have additional rim adjustment with a knob located on the rear. The M100 will be available in full-cut, mid-cut and high-cut versions. TRADE
