Dilemmas as such may be a minor incident, compared to situations
when blackmail, or offers „too good to be true" appear. In some
circumstances, seemingly innocent contacts may turn into a less-
-than-legal proposal. Even in situations so troublesome, there may
be a way out. If someone engages in espionage, any penal consequ-
ences may be avoided if that person voluntarily admits to the action,
declaring full cooperation with the authorities. The main condition
is to trust the authorities - in a country where playing the card of
„secret intelligence services file" is common, cooperation with the
authorities may not be an obvious choice.
