More Employees, Higher Manufacturing Output That scale of expansion automatically creates a requirement to create more jobs. Throughout the last 2.5 years, employment at the WB Group grew by 25%. The production of UAVs at the Gro- up is also evolving. In 2021 Warmate UAVs con- stituted 98% of the manufacturing output, and FlyEye just 2%. A year later the ratio changed correspondingly to 81% and 19%. This year War- mates are 70% of UAVs, 22% of the production output is taken by FlyEyes, 7% by Warmate-5, and 1% by Gladius. The production forecasts assume that 41% of the total output would be ta- ken by Warmates, 20% by Gladius, 19% by War- mate-5, 10% by FlyEye, and 5% by Warmate-TL, and FT-5 each. The income structure forecast for the years 2023 and 2026 includes 58% of income coming from communication systems, vehicular sys- tems, fire control systems, and C2 systems, 20% from UAVs, 14% from weapons systems, and 8% from miscellaneous (maintenance, training, up- grades). WB Group's Agreements Last year the WB Group signed several con- tracts. In the case of most, the works have alre- ady been completed. The agreement signed with the Polish Ministry of Defence is being imple- mented now, and it covers delivery of the FlyEye UAVs and Warmate loitering munitions. TOPAZ and FONET systems are being delivered for the Polish Armed Forces somewhat continuously. These have become an integral element of the Polish military vehicular platforms and went through their baptism of fire in many asymme- tric conflicts. They are also being proven during the War in Ukraine. Apart from that, the Polish Armed Forces also procured the Warmate TL drones for the AWR artillery reconnaissance ve- hicles, based on the Rosomak APC platform. The www.fragoutmag.com
