shooters with 180+ cm height,
without body armor or anything like
that, shooting with standard stock
might not be comfortable. Fabryka
Broni solved that by introducing the
AR stock adapter with a dummy
buffer tube, which allows the use
of any commercially available AR
stock. But still, it requires the sho-
oter to purchase additional stock.
The stock extender from MWT uses
the legacy MSBS/GROT stock and
extends its pull by 20 mm, maybe
not much but definitely enough for
most of the shooters. Adapter is
made from 7075-T6 aluminum ano-
dized black. Except for the size, it is
almost identical to the original part.
It can be installed on your own, but
it requires some skills and tools. Be
careful when removing pins from
the original stock adapter.
To replace the legacy stock adapter,
just slide it from the receiver and
place the MWT adapter in the same
way you would install the stock
adapter. The only difficulty will be
pushing the end of recoil spring.
Repeat a couple times and you will
know how to do it properly. Of co-
urse, the MWT stock adapter still
allows you to fold the stock to the
side.
As a bonus, the new stock adapter
completely eliminates the wobbling
effect between upper and lower re-
ceivers of MSBS/GROT.
