Premiere of a New Pistol MPS https://fabrykabroni.pl/aktualnosci/fabryka-broni-na-mspo-2023 Not only is the FB "Łucznik" Radom en- gaged in work on timely deliveries when it comes to the orders placed, in line with the contractually defined schedules, but a team of designers is also working on new firearm designs. One of them was present- ed last year. The above refers to the MPS modular semi-automatic pistol with a poly- mer grip and a hammer-less trigger mecha- nism. The MPS handgun was designed for both firearm geeks, as well as uniformed services. The new product by Fabryka Broni was unveiled during the 31st edition of the MSPO exhibition in Kielce. The said pistol is an original design by the company. Work on that handgun began in 2018 and lasted until late 2022. The MPS comes in the 9x19 mm caliber, and it was developed to expand the company's offer and make it more attractive. It has enjoyed very good reviews, and now the company is getting ready to roll the pistol out and offer it on the market. Both management board members were involved in the premiere, and they were interviewed by the media and answered questions, regarding the new pistol: – During the work on the MPS design, our team focused on ensuring a top level of safety. The design underwent a rigor- ous test program that confirmed its relia- bility and safety – said Seweryn Figurski, Member of the Management Board at the "Łucznik" Radom Arms Factory. The company's management hopes for the pistol to attract a lot of customers. The in- terest is high, which has been confirmed by media coverage - created during the pre- miere, and later on. The offer would now in- clude an entirely Polish, modular pistol de- sign. The board members are also aware of the fact that the price of the new pistol cannot be disregarded when it comes to market conditions. The MRSP will be very attractive, which probably be a factor con- tributing to the design's success. MPS stands a chance of becoming the second entirely Polish pistol available on the market - and it is also a very modern design. Its primary features, such as mod- ularity (lack of proper frame, just residu- al frame), sight mount, good quality iron sights, availability in several colors, along with the planned pricepoint have the poten- tial to create a significant demand for the handgun in question. www.fragoutmag.com
