The company hopes that in 2024 con- tracts may be signed, regarding series production elements of the tested en- semble selected by the Armed Forces, and subsequent deliveries for armored and mechanized units in the future. The increase in deliveries for the Polish Armed Forces also entails a higher em- ployment rate and new jobs. The num- ber of employed personnel is as high as almost 1,200. The employees work in two locations - Konieczki and Często- chowa. Meeting the demanded increase of the manufacturing capacity caused by the quantitative expansion of the Polish Armed Forces, MASKPOL finalized the process of adapting a modern manufac- turing and storage facility acquired back in 2022, located in Częstochowa, within the subzone of the Katowice Special Economic Zone (KSSE). The facility was formally handed off in August 2023. It is one of numerous investments undertak- en by the company last year. The company is working on a 3-year in- vestment program, with a value exceed- ing PLN 100 million. The investment processes underway, or planned, will be, above everything else, focused on fur- ther boosting the manufacturing capac- ity. This applies both to ballistic protec- tion equipment, as well as respiratory protection equipment. The company is also striving to implement new technol- ogies and organizational solutions. In 2024 the company is going to pursue new projects in the area of ballistic pro- tection for vehicles, as a part of the PGZ Group's center of competency. Deliver- ies of armor for the Borsuk IFV would start, with HSW S.A. being the recipient. Armor plating manufactured and de- signed by MASKPOL is expected to be fitted onto more vehicles offered by the PGZ Group companies. The company also still cares about the MAPA brand customer base. In 2024 several attractive premieres and new products were unveiled, featuring this camo pattern that has a stable fanbase now. The offer now also includes a new MAPA A pattern. ANALYSIS
