D uring a series of workshops, which have been conducted under the unchanged name Kom- plety Strzeleckie for 15 years and organized by Progres Security and Paladin Tac, units subordinated to the Ministry of Internal Affairs (inc- luding SOP [State Protection Servi- ce], Border Guard) and the Ministry of Defense participated. Guests from allied Western special forces were also present. They were expe- riencing frontline practices and so- lutions for the first time. Among the instructors and participants were individuals with frontline combat experience from Ukraine, including Borys, who presented the latest ru- les for the use of unmanned aerial vehicles, current techniques, plan- ning of operations, and related tech- nological solutions. The workshops covered a wide ran- ge of topics but were grouped the- matically and focused on practical skills so that each participant could acquire tangible skills. The training addressed the realities of minefields and associated risks. Instructors presented their expe- riences from the Ukrainian front using vivid, painful examples. The knowledge on mine disposal or IED handling from the 1980s and 1990s, classical and timeless, is now en- riched by the use of drones, which are used to mine areas that have already been cleared, causing panic and losses during retreats on pre- viously checked routes.
