At the beginning of August 2024 a formal ceremony marking the completion of the training of the
first crews for the Saab 340AEW aircraft belonging to the Naval Aviation took place at the 43rd Naval
Aviation Base in Gdynia-Babie Doły. This event paves the way for the start of operational activities,
which are expected to begin as early as September 2024.
