VIPER™ LIGHT BELT VIPER™ BELT D-RING VIPER™ INNER BELT VIPER™ Cobra D-Ring VIPER™ Light VIPER BELT The core of the entire new system, unveiled after two years of exten- sive testing is the VIPER first-line belt, which consists of several ele- ments and solves the problem con- cerning belts based on loop lined in- ner belts worn as a trouser belt with a hard lined outer/duty belt attached to it. VIPER belt systems consist of 50 mm soft inner belt and the duty belt but the latter has three parts design: CURV laminated based main layer, CURV laminate frame covered with Cordura nylon fabric and adjust- ment tubular webbing with buckle. Users can choose from three diffe- rent buckles: Cobra Mini, Cobra Mini with D-Ring which both come with SnakeBite clamp or polymer ITW GT Side Release (VIPER Light). The key feature of the GTG VIPER system is its unique shape. This proprietary design gives the belt very high stiffness while maintaining flexibility - sounds strange, but you know what I mean, right? Thanks to the double C-shaped curvature inspired by IPSC solutions, the VIPER rests on the hips, instead of just "tightening them", and the multi-layer construction naturally forms an arc during use. In general - a belt made of several elements works completely differently than traditional belts, making it much more comfortable to use than the- irs. In addition, it is also a very stable platform, although this comes at the price of a more difficult attachment method than with traditional MOL- LE/PALS. A very interesting additional ele- ment is the non-slip belt (purcha- sed separately), with Velcro loop on one side and non-slip material on the other. It is designed for use with the VIPER in cold weather con- ditions and thicker winter clothing.
