RECRUITING
The SPKP Kraków Krakow recruits
people on an ongoing basis. These are
exceptional operators, characterized by
the highest combat value, and are sub-
ject to a rigorous recruitment system.
On October 14, 2024, President of the
Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda signed
into law the Act of October 1, 2024,
amending certain laws regarding the
recruitment to the police. The changes
in selection also apply to the SPKP, and
someone interested in serving in the po-
lice CT units can immediately apply to
join their ranks.
The recruitment process is divided into
five stages:
Stage I Interview
Stage II Physical fitness test. The test
is conducted by the Polish Police Central
CT unit – BOA
Sage III Psychological test
Stage IV Medical examination.
Stage V Basic CT Course within the unit
After successful completion of the above
stages, the candidate may join the SPKP
for further training.
