technology. The front panel attaches via G-hook buckles, delivering a uniform, low-pro- le surface with no protruding hardware, maxi- mizing MOLLE usability. The rear of the carrier is tted with a quick- mount system for additional panels using sep- arating zippers. This solution is compatible with other products in the MAPA Tactical line and with the new carrying system. Also new are redesigned pockets on both sides of the rear panel for atape antenna. Addition- ally, the vest includes retention points for ca- bles or antennas: two on the front and four on the rear. The cummerbunds are made from Cordura ® 500/500D laminate combined with modern CURV composite material. This combination provides sufcient stiffness to the belt, trans- lating into increased wearing comfort. The outer side of the cummerbunds is covered with laser-cut MOLLE, while the inner side has soft loop Velcro for attaching an additional ballistic insert. The new plate mounting method uses specially designed hook-and-loop straps that ensure stable seating of the plate. This system allows the use of various plate models availa- ble on the market. With comfort and hygiene in mind, the vest is equipped with replaceable spacer panels that improve airow between the vest and the wear- er's body. The vest's weight without ballistic plates does not exceed one kilogram. Alongside the ROCK 4.0 vest, a carrying sys- tem based on the well-known PATROL back- pack will also be shown. MASKPOL has expanded the line with three new designs, creating a system of backpacks ranging from 10 to 80 liters. 21 www.fragoutmag.com EQUIPMENT
