Aerial Components and Effectors
A typical system configuration combines reconnaissance platforms with
loitering munitions:
@ FT-5 UAV (Łoś): A tactical short-range unmanned aerial system de-
signed for ISR missions using IMINT sensors (EO/IR electro-optics), SAR
(synthetic aperture radar), and ELINT (electronic intelligence);
@ BSP-U (Strike Unmanned Aerial Vehicle): A specialized strike ele-
ment of the GLADIUS system with a range of up to 100 km and the ability
to relay radio signals. The reusable training variant, BSP-UT, enables real-
istic personnel training without the use of warheads;
@ WARMATE 5 and WARMATE 10 loitering munitions: Precision effec-
tors equipped with interchangeable warheads weighing from 5 to 10 kg,
including high-explosive fragmentation (HEFI), shaped-charge (HEAT), or
thermobaric (TB) warheads.
