For those wondering—yes, AK-74
magazines and their derivatives fit
perfectly, in all lengths and capa-
cities.
Later, I began looking for additio-
nal accessories to round out the
collection as much as possible,
though this is not easy given the
limited production volume. Here,
Marcin and the company WORKS
11—whose warehouses hold some
truly interesting items—proved to
be invaluable help once again.
I managed to add an original, brand-
-new steel magazine from the early
series to my collection, exactly like
the one I had for my Tantal at WAT.
Among the smaller bits, I also have
a spare rubber stock bumper, which
prevents the stock from marring the
receiver when folded to the side.
I also added a magazine pouch with
an oil bottle—used, but still in very
acceptable condition. From a pure-
ly collector's standpoint, it's great,
though for actual use it is just as
dismal as the canvas AK/AKM po-
uches—a relic of the past still issu-
ed to some reservists called up for
exercises. De facto, an almost iden-
tical pouch was issued to the Polish
Army with the wz. 96 Beryl; the only
difference was the material, as the
thick canvas was replaced with
