survival equipment when one day i have chopped an old branch of the fruit tree and i have heard how works a cutting edge, i have immediately thought, that a cutting edge has crumbled. after having curved a limb of the tree and exact examination it has been easy to notice that a cutting edge only fluctuated in that place, but no crumbling have occurred. steel and its hardening has turn out to be of the highest level, and rusting on the tolerable one – i have applied mustard on the blade for the whole night in order to check out what would happen in the morning (previous tests with a wet knife has not proofed its rust-resistance). in the morning it turns out that mustard traces are minor and you can see them only under the sun. everYone who likes prett Y cutting edges will be pleased. unfortunatelY, a knife has also its disadvantages. first of all it's just its weight. and not weight of the whole knife, but its balancing. a knife is simply too heavy on its handle. moderately thin heel area of the knife blade and completely flat cut cause that a knife is heavy in the heel area and heave in the handle. in my big palm that's not a problem. however, if someone uses a knife to chop and brandish it can make him tired. if it would be managed to make a slimmer tang in the handle by one millimetre, it would be much better. i have not had noticed more disadvantages.
