Both companies work together for a few years and since that time they
have developed common solution of PMC courses. Experience gathered
during both everyday work and training courses as well as cooperation
with elite law enforcement and military units instructors from Poland
plus developing qualifications leaded to common program of dynamic
courses for security contractors working in high risk countries. People
ready to take up the job in the private security sector in the conflict
areas are required to have special skillset - are mixture of military and
police skills. Unfortunately it does not mean that good soldier or poli-
ceman will do this job.
