Under the Wings of the WB Electronics
In 2010 WB Electronics S.A. signed an investment
contract with the Industrial Development Agency
pursuant to which, in April 2011, a share capital
of the RADMOR S.A. was transferred. The WB
Electronics S.A. take shares of 46.14% of the
increased capital of the company.
In the period from April till June 2011 were held a
process of purchasing shares owned by previous
and current employees of the RADMOR and in
result one managed to obtain 52.85% of shares
in the shares capital of the company. The last
element of the process consisted in repurchase of
the shares owned by the PHO Ltd. and as a result
the WB Electronics obtained 98.99% of shares in
