The FirsT impression
I have always liked the old Crusader set in
which all elements were hidden in the clever
bullet holder: a stove, a metallic mug, a can-
teen, a plastic mug. A set perfect for one or
two persons.
I have received for the tests a new set compri-
sing the Cooker Mk II stove and a Fire Dragon
Cup. Both elements are neatly made from the
anodised aluminium – they look decently and
are very light (a set weight is of 360g). After
taking off from the cardboard, using the pre-
vious model, I have tried to put the elements
together and… I have been disappointed. The
modification which have been entered in the
Mk version have caused that a mug does not
hide in the stove, as in the previous version,
in order to create a compact package together
Przemysław Fredi Ferfet
A spring morning, surprisingly warm as for the second half of February. I have
been wandering lazily on the riverside glades and observing with attention the
awaking nature. The first cranes have already flown, their clangor mixes with a
snapshot. It's time for a break, and I haven't taken a vacuum flask with tea…
However, I have packed a
BCB Crusader MkII cooking set with
the
Fire Dragon fuel to my backpack to test so
I will drink some hot tea after all.
