So, let's have a look at three MSBS-5.56K rifles in three
flavours: military, honour guard version and sport rifle.
The MSBS-5.56K shown on the photos is on the outside vir-
tually the same as a firearm which will be tested by the army
units. The rifle can be fitted with the bayonet throiught the
bayonet slug near the muzzle end. In the pictures bayonet is
shown in near-end phase with serrated part of blade. Many
people still complain that bayonet should have plain blade.
Most likely it will be preserved an original manner of mount-
ing a bayonet – with a hook linked to the flash hider. Chang-
ing the flash hider will provide a loss of the capability to at-
tach the bayonet.
Sections of the MIL-STD-1913 rails can be attached to the
handguard. Lower part of handguard might be removed and
replaced with 40mm under-barrel grenade launcher.
