within a period from 15 to 19 July 2015 in the specialist training centre of the
Border guard in Lubań a tactical combat casualty care (tccc/tc3) course was
held – it introduces life-saving techniques and strategies for providing the
best trauma care on the battlefield with the elements of learning specialists
vocabulary in english.
the classes were led by the instructors from private company, and in the pro-
gram of the course could be found, among others, a resuscitation, methods
of hemorrhage control, an automated external defibrillation, a trauma am-
putation, proceedings in the case of the hypovolemic shock, shot wounds
in the chest, an evisceration or burns.
the training included also providing the triage of the injured in the mass
event, the proceedings during a chemical and biological contaminations,
with the bone and joints injuries, hypothermia, in the crush syndrome and
anaphylactic shock. the officers exercised also operations in the chemical pro-
tective suits, an evacuation form the vehicle and a quick evacuation from the
height objects. the course finished with the practical exercises of the rescue
operation with a simulation in field.
within a period between June 29 – July 3 2015 in the training facilities
of the commando Military unit from Lubliniec was conducted firearms
training course.
it was focused on most useful elements important for law enforcement
officers like tactics, room clearing, forced entries with breaching equipment
and pyrotechnics, overcoming the obstacles on the way, breaking locks and
door breaching, working with ballistic shields and team work in cQB environ-
ments. trainings were conducted dry, with live ammunition, with the fX/
simmunition and flashbangs. Also, the taser devices were used.
