systems which support driving a vehicle like: ABS, handbrakes, power control, etc. An independent suspension and a drive for different axes are also simulated what influences driving a vehicle in different terrain conditions. The wounds simulations element was also extended what during a simulation greatly influence a scope of the possible activities also for AI algorithms. There is also provided a medical treatment simulation with the effects of the erroneously selected medical procedure. Significant modifications were introduced in the building models – now they can be partially destructed or devastated. The elements of the building during a devastation preserve the primary physical properties and can even cause wounds to the personnel (see Figure 6). There were introduced new objects which allow for underpasses between buildings and underground tunnels considering a physical landscape features. The next new functionality is a possibility to mask objects for generating images from the exercise, while applying a technology of Augmented Reality. The constant extension is provided in relations to the algorithms of mapping a sea conditions considering an impact on the objects from the sea surface. This solution is particularly directed towards developing simulators of vessels and their behaviour in the different weather conditions. In the latest VBS3 there will be available imaging generated directly to the Oculus Rift AR goggles. An element which enhances the communication possibilities of VBS3 with other simulators is a new module VBS Gateway which implements fully a DIS/ HLA interface. By means of the dedicated graphics interface one may configure and preview a communication process. New features available in VBS3 simulation system enable developing simulations which to the high degree represent a reality which surrounds a trained personal. A growing number of the available objects (vehicles, weapons, aircrafts, helicopters) and additional maps enable teams who prepare exercises placing the trainees in the new, up till now unavailable conditions.
