Flytronic team consist of mostly young freaks, even the managers there are young, and team has a huge independency in their
work. That really helps to think outside the box. The Flytronic HQ might be basically called as the UAV mini-workshop, because all
the drones and airships are built there. Just a small amount of components comes from supplier as all the other parts are done
in-house. It should be highlighted, that about 60 per cent of company budget is spent for research and development. In 2013,
the company obtained status of the R&D center by the decision of Ministry of Economy – basic requirement was to spent at least
15 per cent of budget for R&D works.
Flytronic does not do sales or marketing because as a part of agreement, those are executed by WB Group. Flytronics designs and
manufacturers such UAVs like FlyEye, FlySAR, Manta or Warmate.
