A pair of the unowned Mistrals will

On 10th October 2015 the DNCS Group informed about concluding a contract
on selling to Egypt a pair of the assault ships of the Mistral class which were
initially intended for the Russian Federation. This information finishes a
short period of speculations with regard to new owners of these units – an
agreement officially breaching a contract between France and Russia was
concluded on 5th August 2015.
