FIREARMS We discussed how to improve the grip on the SPF9 – we considered a thumb of the weak hand positioned along the frame which could not find a certain point of support. It proved to be simple, although – unfortunately – it would not be easy to be accepted for all prospective users of the SFP9-SF. An additional point of support we obtained thanks to placing a flashlight on the front rail – in this case it was the Streamlight TLR 1, but ultimately we mounted the In- force APL on the rails. After assembling it a place to support a thumb could be found. A weapon balance changed slight- ly what improved an accuracy in the case of quick shoot- ing. Moreover, this pistol mounted light perfectly fits to the HK SFP9 design – the pistol presents with it very well, and during shooting it does not stain a lens in the excessive manner. When it appeared the light and solved a problem of the grip (what makes us more found of the pistol), it occurs a problem with carrying the weapon. It is a problem as al- ways because sometimes market very slowly keeps up all novelties and there were a small amount of the interesting holsters for the HK SFP9, and there is not any of them for a pistol with Inforce APL... Certain holsters for the HK P30 fit to the weapon without the flashlight (magazine pouches are the same because both pistols use the same magazine), but it is not worth to purchase them without a possibility to try them out since you can be slightly surprised after a purchase... Fortunately, our friends from the Get Lucky Custom Kydex made for us the Kydex holsters for the pis- tol with the Inforce APL and this set works perfectly. Peter used pistol every day, he also drove a car and he quickly got accustomed to its dimensions and weight. Its shapes are strongly rounded so any of its elements does not pinch or rub while driving a car or moving. The pistol is narrow and despite rather great dimensions it is not excessively visible.
