www.fragoutmag.com However, the article will be about SFP9 (or VP9 for the guys on the other side of Big Pond) but we cannot avoid compari- sons with the other models which are popular on the market – in this case it will be the Glock 17 that was the first weapon of one of us (in the case of the second one it was the Beretta 92FS, so – due to the evident construction differences – there is no reason to make comparisons). The Glock 17 pistol is considered by many people as an almost perfect weapon – reli- able, easy to make tuning, not demanding too much care and accurate therefore it is a good benchmark for the SFP9-SF, which – as if from an assumption – is its natural competitor. We wrote about the SFP9-SF once, but there were only the first impressions after shooting few boxes of rounds. Despite this we liked the gun so much that we decided to take a risk and purchase two pieces of it – we had an impression that we could enjoy it and use it instead of the Glock, both during trainings classes and as an EDC. We have purchased two HK SFP9 pistols which since that time has shot about 1000 – 1200 rounds of the various ammunition. It gives a moderate- ly reliable view on this weapon. The first activity, after buying it, was adjusting a grip to our hands. In both cases we left a back strap in M size, but Peter used two side straps in the various sizes (left – M, right – S), and Mike decided to apply two straps in L size.
