can notice that immediately. Pants are very well-profiled in the most critical points – knees are slightly outthrust, so that the user may kneel and crouch freely, while the gusseted groin increases range of movements. the material is very decent, although less breathable when treated with DWr. Which comes off notice- ably already after first washing, so breathability increases. I must honestly admit that DWr se- cures the pants really well – thanks to impregna- tion, when I accidentally spilled battery acid on the pants, it all ended up only with a slight discoloration rather than with a hole. Pocket layout is, IMHo, almost perfect. Almost, because I wear my phone in the left pocket, not in the right one, so I would prefer inter- nal compartment in left cargo pocket too. Why it's gone – I have no idea. All in all, left-handed people constitute quite a sig- nificant group of the population... Pockets for a knife/mag are really cool. I put my multi-tool in them, because it fits inconven- iently in slash pockets. Sometimes, I also put a olight S1 flashlight in the left pocket. It fits there perfectly. Few time, with minimum number of stuff, I also used that pocket to car- ry Glock magazine – it is maybe not the most convenient solution, but it works, the mag fits there firmly. the closure of thigh pockets works very well – the storm flap tilts backwards when be- ing opened and does not interrupt when you close the pock- et. String loops attached to zippers are convenient, but I am certain that they will hook into something in the least expected mo- ment. I would prefer endings sewn together with bands or material – those do not hook in things. www.fragoutmag.com
