is a sure ticket to hospital. Some acknowledged sports, as Olympic weightlifting, are as pointless as bench press – they have no real life value, and I deem them imprac- tical. The 'clean and jerk' weightlifting is an extremely effective way to get injured, which doesn't even give the weightlifter any strength or general fitness – as opposed to e.g. deadlift. The essence of a proper training – according to me – is to realize, what purpose this or that exercise serves, and why some exercises are worth doing, in contrast to the others, which should be avoided. If one wants to be a professional bodybuilder, the isolated exercises would be the best way towards fame and for- tune. But if one just want to stay fit, one must consider which procedures would be best to foster fitness, while protecting from injury. Our body was created as an or- ganism, an entity, which correlates and cooperates to perform exercises, therefore the best solution would be to choose exercises engaging as many main muscle groups as possible. But if they are to be implicated into the shooting train- ing, they must be simple enough to avoid or at least min- imize necessary equipment.
