Engaging the whole organism for shooting training also allows one to better iso-
late the faults, be it in a stance or shooting techniques. Tired hands have more
problem to get a correct hold of a pistol grip, faults start to appear on the
target due to rapid breathing – in other words, we can prepare better for real
life-threatening situation, put our skills and body to a test, serving as a way to
draw proper conclusions for the progress.
In the coming issues of FRAG OUT! Magazine I will present my training methods
and exercises which I deem to be positively enhancing one's shooting abilities, by
engaging the whole organism into the shooting. These would be presentations of
simple exercises, not so much as a training system, just a few tips how to make
your shooting better by enhancing your physical fitness.
