the AN/ALQ-211(v)4 AIDEWS system – in 2015, the Ministry of Defense indicated that achieving full operational capability depended on the full launch of that system. So far, F-16s have been used in many training operations outside Poland – we may mention here, for example, Red Flag in Alaska, Blue Flag in Israel, or NATO Tactical Leadership Program in Spain. Operation Inherent Resolve was launched in June 2014, when Barack Obama decided to use force against Islamic fundamen- talists. Initially, the aim of the military operation was to support the Iraqi government and the Kurds. However, events in the world forced expansion of the operation by targets in Syria and destroying ISIS. Today, the coalition includes 60 allied coun- tries. Some of them execute offensive operations, while other provide logistics support or have sent advisory and training personnel to increase combat potential of Iraq.
