luminox tactical Pen is made almost entirely of oxidized aluminum – an exclusion is a stainless steel, black-painted clip to fasten the pen in the pocket. It is rugged and looks quite panzer. The Tactical Pen consists of two parts joined by a bolt. Its lower part is knurled close to a place of its connection with an upper part, then it narrows slightly and passes into a smooth cone. You grip it when you write with this pen. The upper part is longer and of a cylindrical shape ter- minated with a flat mushroom-shape element with a protruding center puncher. This part has undercuts which makes the whole appearance aggressive, but they also improve a grip when we use the tactical pen as the kubotan. It has a diameter of 14mm so nearly a benchmark kubotan. Less or more in the half of its length is a milled flat space on which is placed a manufacturer logo. The mushroom-shaped end with a center puncher is at the same time an assembly point of the steel clips – it cannot be unscrewed, and the clips seats reliably and hold strongly. The ball pen has a weight of 40 grams, that is rather great in comparison with a branded metal ball pen which weights approx. 15 grams and a classic BiC-style ball pen which is circa 7 grams. Luminox Pen "supplied" with metal refills (Parker, Ballograph type). luminox tactical Pen can be bought alone or as a part of the exclusive kits with the Luminox watches delivered in small Peli case. iN aCtioN First and foremost, it is a pen – you write with it decently, but it is heavy. Certainly, it is a matter of taste, since I know such persons who are found of the heavy, massive ball pens or pens, but I am not them. accessories
