to make the training more interesting. What kind of exercises add to training on the range? Apparently it's very easy. Simply modifying drills you done so far by mobilizing your locomotor system, mean running, and also by doing exercises with your bodyweight. Getting rid of passive shooting to the paper target and switch that for movement and intensive ef- fort. Adapting available element on the range, such as benches or sheds, which on you can do pull ups is also good idea for ex- tending you training. There are many possibilities, it all depends on the exer- cising person fantasy and level of his advancement. If someone does not workout daily, doesn't have training routine, it's going to be harder to add strength training into shooting training, but it's not impossible. In gen- eral, it can be a good way to begin adventure with the strength-endurance training. My suggestion for peo- ple like that is to start with simple exercises, which intensity you can gradate as times go by ding so called crouching tiger walk, what basically is crawling near the ground, is very good way to engage our whole body and mobilize different muscle groups.
