button and bolt catch button are only on the left side
of the gun. The only ambidextrous lever is a safety
switch (and in full-auto SMG it is also selector lever
which is separate from the safety switch).
The KRISS Vector SBR featured in this article has
side foldable polymer stock but shooting without un-
folding it is still possible and the gun remains control-
lable. The stock adapter can be removed and replaced
with sling adapter or AR-15 style stock adapter. On top
of the gun there is full-length MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny
rails for optics and sights (Vector comes with fold-
able Magpul MBUS back-up iron sights as standard).
Another rail is below the barrel – this one is dedicated
for horizontal front grip or weapon light.
9 mm KRISS Vector SBR is fed from standard Glock
17 pistol magazine so other types of Glock magazines
such us extended 33-rounders or 50 rounds drum
magazines.
Disassembly is quite easy – first, three mounting
pins must be removed. Another pin locks the bolt
carrier group and spring, when pin is removed, those
parts can be taken out of the gun. Even the polymer
cover of the receiver can be removed.
