FIREARMS
In March 25th 2104 Pioneer Arms started the lifespan
test of the 7.62x39 Sporter full-auto rifle. The rifle se-
rial number is PAC1115880. This rifle was built from the
random production parts. Same parts are used for the
production of our semi-auto Sporter rifles and Hellpup
pistols.
SCoPE oF TEST:
Lifespan testing of all parts and assemblies for wear
and durability. Initial target set for 15 000 rounds.
TESTINg PRoCEDuRE:
Continuous fire of 4 magazines 7.62x39 = series of
120 rounds at one time. After each series firearm will be
visually inspected and tested with the GO and NO-GO
headspace gauges. Headspace will be checked after
each series after 1 hour cooling time.
Procedure will be repeated until 15 000 rounds target
will be reached.
