Sleeves have cuffs with adjustable flaps and stretch wrist gasket inside. Its a huge step forward from the second generation jacket, where the cuffs had just elastic on the end. There a two-way pit zips for venting when it get too hot in this toasty jacket. The jacket has durable Cordura 500D reinforcements sewn on the shoulders and elbows – their task is to protect the main fabric against abrasions, e.g. caused by backpack shoulders straps. There are total of seven pockets in Carinthia MIG 3.0. * Two main, angled front pockets with water-resistant coiled zippers. Zipper pulls are protected by 'zipper garag- es' when in the closed position.The pockets go from the bottom edge of the coat almost up to the clavicle. The inside of the pockets is lined with micro-fleece, so they can be utilized as "hand warmer pockets". * Two symmetrical sleeve pockets on the biceps, with the very same zippers as in main pockets.
