Once again, the heart of the city will beat at the frantic pace exceeding 180 bpms, trying desperately to catch a breath. The idyllic leisure areas will be changed into the murderous obstacle courses, which require great endurance and phys- ical fitness, and what is the most important – giant layers of determination. It is only here, where we can check if a training regime, which we undergo in the gym or in the cross fit club, pays off. The effort, which we must put in in order to survive the murderous steeplechase, is nothing when compared with a question, which should be asked: does our trained organism is able to cope with the obstacles and tasks based on the primal fears? How does our mind react, when after a few kilometers of the arduous fight appears an exercise demanding a concentration? Or at the moment, when the competitors are awaited by a fire, icy water, elec- trified obstacles, closed claustrophobic spaces, compelling, pulling and restraining movements marsh or highly suspend- ed obstacles, which require a collaboration with the other competitors, insurmountable single-handedly? It is not only a test for the organism, but also a challenge for fortitude, will and strength of character. In this way, you can briefly describe the murderous event with a poetic name the – one of the most spectacular and exhausting country run of the world, which will take place once again in the capital city of Sweden – Stockholm. www.fragoutmag.com
