The last such SELEKCJA
2017 edition of the SELEKCJA has started in
Jaworze and also from the "Pre-selection", which
has been exceptionally difficult. Nine stations,
traditionally each for 60 seconds, with 30-second
breaks for proceeding to the next task. The effect
has been shocking – the medical rescuers have had
to intervene a few times. There has been no heat,
but a range of the exercises has been exceptionally
murderous.
The first astonishment after the "Preselection": all
have been admitted to the real SELEKCJA. It has
resulted from a simple calculation – 106 partici-
pants have appeared and Kups has decided to offer
a chance to everybody. Apart from this, let us be re-
alists, basing on his experience he has known that
the people would start to drop out very quickly. And
he has not been mistaken …
After a stage of issuing the T-shirts and caps, al-
ready at 7 PM. started the first activities aimed at
"body acidification" of the participants. The long
minutes of the pumps and abdominal exercises
